It all began as a joke ...
When in 2006 he began telling people that I'm going to try my hand in the kitchen, those who knew me smile, especially those who had seen me in the kitchen at university realize my specialties (pasta with the sauce, steak and cutlet, strictly for a!!!).
Today, thanks to a great deal of luck and a bit of good will and study, I have achieved my goal which is to be seated at my table people from all over the world by offering them simple but tasty dishes, children of a local cuisine but does not mind influences linked to other culinary traditions.
